Bethel Network was founded from lived experience and corporate insight. Mary Ndung’u, drawing on over 22 years at Procter & Gamble leading community initiatives, witnessed firsthand the silent crisis affecting girls’ education, menstrual health barriers that caused absenteeism and loss of dignity. What began as targeted awareness campaigns evolved into a structured, scalable empowerment model built on:
Our Story
YWEE equips young people and women with practical skills, entrepreneurial support, and mentorship to build sustainable livelihoods, especially in marginalized and ASAL regions. Through life-skills training, business incubation, and mentorship, YWEE empowers individuals to move from vulnerability to opportunity and from survival to sustainable growth.
WASH ensures access to safe water and dignified sanitation, while promoting hygiene education, foundational elements for health, school attendance, and community resilience. WASH Initiative
FOSECC expands community resilience against hunger, drought, and climate challenges by promoting regenerative agriculture and climate-adapted solutions. FOSECC Initiatives
Mental Wellness Integrates life-skills support, psychosocial counselling, and trauma-informed group work, drawing from legacy conflict-resolution efforts and school-based psychosocial support.
