On World Water Day 2025, Bethel Network, with support from Davis & Shirtliff, proudly commissioned the Mutamaiyu Borehole.
For years, the community relied on unsafe and unreliable water sources. Today, hundreds of households now enjoy reliable, clean water.
Why This Borehole is a Symbol of Hope
- Families no longer have to walk long distances for water.
- Children can attend school consistently.
- Households can practice irrigation, boosting food security.
- Hygiene practices have improved across the community.
The Mutamaiyu Borehole is more than infrastructure—it’s a story of restored dignity and opportunity.
