Bethel Network has been implementing programs in areas characterized by abject poverty and tribal conflicts and wars. We have incorporated the concept of conflict and peace building in all our programs as an integral peaceful coexistence and community stability intervention. In conjunction with Caritas Nyahururu, Bethel Network was funded by the Swiss Catholic Lenten Fund (FASTENOPPER) to undertake post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) counselling to school children and their teachers as an emergency intervention in affected areas.
