Mary is a founding member Bethel Network and currently leads the Bethel program operations in Eastern Africa. The Counselling Psychology Daystar alumnus is a highly skilled program management professional with more than fifteen years of experience working with major local and international firms. She leads in program tracking to ensure quality executions and attainment of the program objectives. She is well experienced in team leadership, relationship and client management at operations level. Some of the International programs she has implemented are Always Keeping Girls in Schools, Children Safe Drinking Water, Youth and Women Economic Empowerment. She has trained incapacity building, conflict resolution, peace building programs, menstrual hygiene management locally and internationally.
